to our Chebeague Island Rentals Home Page. This page is designed to
provide information on two
homes on Chebeague Island, Maine that are available for summer
and fall rentals. These homes are rented for a minimum of one
week starting on Friday afternoon and ending the next Friday
morning. We will consider rentals for a shorter period during
the fall and for last minute rentals. See the FAQs page

Front of the House Kitchen Living Room Front in Summer The South Road house is in the woods on the East End of Chebeague. Although not on the water, It is an easy 10 minute walk to beaches, the CTC wharf, the Chebeague Inn, the Island Market, the golf course and tennis courts. Cottage Road House Front of the House View from the back The Cottage Road House is ocean front and has easy access to a sandy beach. All rentals require a $500 deposit at the time of reservation which is refundable at the end of the rental period. Rental rates vary depending on the house and the length of the rental period; a housecleaning charge is added for each rental. For further information on these houses click on the links above.
